This is a good chair, it would benefit from more controls ...i.e. reclining, but for the price it looks great and is comfortable.

We needed a chair for our home office that would work for both my wife and myself. We each adjust the chair at the opposite extremes and for over year have been using two separate chairs. We tried multiple chairs at the store and settled on this one. It turned out to be easy to assemble and is well-constructed. It is very comfortable and and the lowest seat adjustment work for my wife while the highest setting is just what I need. So far, we are delighted with this purchase.

Attractive chair. However, after assembling the rest of the entire chair, I attached the arms. Unfortunately, the right arm lower bolt socket is defective. I turned the appropriate bolt and the socket stripped the threads on it and it will not tighten the way it should tighten. The chair kit included an extra bolt but the same result occurred. Now I have a fully assembled chair with a loose right arm and I will have to figure out how to improvise a way to fix it.

I bought this when it was half half off and it was awesome until one of the legs wood split. Office Depot was totally awesome took it back and gave me a new one. I have had no problems with this one and I hope that it lasts me a few years with no problems. Thank you so much for your customer service Office Depot!
